Welcome to This Little Bean of Mine.

We are a small batch coffee roasting company that holds to three principles:

Fresh coffee is the best coffee, and even the best coffees can go stale. Our first priority is getting freshly roasted coffee to people within one week of being roasted. Easy as that.

Every coffee is unique, so no one roast will do. We strive to find the best roast levels for every coffee, individually.

Enrich every life we touch. We have been blessed in many ways and will use what we have to bless others through our business. We strive to provide our customers with an enriching experience of delicious, fresh roasted coffee. We are also committed to ethically sourcing our coffees in ways that meet or exceed fair trade standards.

How it works:

Because our first priority is delivering fresh coffee, we roast for every order. This will happen one of two ways:

Ordering

Place an order for an available coffee by end of day Thursday for a Saturday-Wednesday hand-off.  This is a great option for gift giving or special occasions when you know you'll need extra. Our premium and rare coffees are also available.

Subscriptions

Sign up for a bi-weekly subscription. With this option, you will simply choose a volume and will receive that amount of freshly roasted coffee every two weeks. This pricing will be consistent based on the amount ordered, will never exceed the single purchase price, and will often be below that. Additionally, discounts will be calculated when you pay ahead for subscriptions of three months or longer.

From our roaster to your cup

Our coffee is hand-delivered fresh and locally to residents in the DFW metroplex. Before your order is finalized, please select delivery or pick-up and we will ensure that your order is in your hands in a timely manner.
