Coffee from 150 producer-members, each with an average of 8 acres of land contribute to CAC Alto Urubamba co-op. The co-op helps these small scale farmers with financing, training and technical assistance to help them maintain and improve their coffee quality and improve the lives of the farmers and their families. The result is a delicious bright coffee that starts with lime and granny smith apple, followed by a honey and malt sweetness.
