This rich coffee comes from a multitude of small, family owned farms organized around the Cooperativa Cafe Timor (CCT), which has more than 20,000 members around the Ainaro, Ermera, and Lequisa districts of East TImor. The darker roast is intended to highlight a light caramel sweetness, followed by tobacco-like smokiness, with subtle lemon-citrus notes.
